ICBC requires a qualified and experienced company to provide Process Serving Services for the Intersection Safety Camera (ISC) Program. The ISC program was introduced in BC in 1999 to reduce the high incidence of intersection crashes. Running a red light and/or speed is a high-risk driving behavior and violations are enforced through the use of intersection safety cameras. Mailed ISC tickets not paid or disputed must be personally served on the registered owner. It is anticipated that ICBC will require process serving (personal service) of ISC tickets over the next 5 years and potentially longer.
Prospective suppliers can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.
All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC's Bonfire portal. It is the prospective supplier's sole responsibility to ensure that they access all new and updated information.
Thank you in advance for your interest in working with us.
