ICBC is looking for a technology solution provider who can move the digital information of ICBC’s icbc.com from its current SharePoint to a more secured cloud-based system with minimal changes and no net new functionality. ICBC aims to maintain a secured system hosting icbc.com on a like-for-like condition.

The site averages at 1.5 million visits per month and consists of approximately 750 content pages. This is expected to increase in the future as ICBC launches more digital services online. ICBC is seeking an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of a cloud CMS solution to respond to this NRFP and submit one Proposal on behalf of the OEM. An OEM may submit the Proposal on its own or authorize its system integration partner to submit the Proposal on behalf of the OEM. OEMs who elect to provide implementation services through their own resources may submit the Proposal for both the solution and implementation as requested under the NRFP.

Prospective suppliers can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.

All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC's Bonfire portal. It is the prospective supplier's sole responsibility to ensure that they access all new and updated information.

Thank you in advance for your interest in working with us.
