Description
ICBC is seeking a redaction solution with case file management; its scope includes (but is not necessarily limited to) capabilities related to the following high-level items, which are described in greater detail in subsequent sections.
- Create a New File
- Document Ingestion - Retrieve/Input of Information from Multiple Sources (interfaces) – Ie. Inputs (stacks)
- Scan Virtual and Physical Documents
- Modify/Edit/Revise/Delete/Combine/Reorder Information (one or more stacks, info in stacks, scanned documents)
- Search scanned documents, Work Files, and Text (specific words)
- Redacting a File
- Compile/Render a Redacted File
- Case Management of Files
- Requestor Report and Reporting
- Handles large volumes of redaction
- Integrates with other applications
- Allows for various inputs and output types/formats
Interested organizations to this NRFP must meet or exceed mandatory requirements as well as provide sufficient supporting evidence before they can be considered for further evaluation.
To receive a full assessment by ICBC, the proposed software provider would need to fulfill the software business requirements and other technical and license requirements as further described in the NRFP documents.
Prospective vendors can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.
All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC's Bonfire portal. It is the prospective vendors’ sole responsibility to ensure that they have access to all new and updated information.
