Description
The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is to engage an independent assurance provider to deliver Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled cost verification, and audit services for infrastructure projects delivered under a target cost contracting model. The Corporation requires a Solution in which an AI-enabled tool is the primary engine for cost validation and assurance activities, supported by the Proponent’s professional expertise as needed.
