Description
ICBC is seeking responses from qualified vendors for the supply and delivery of Learner and Novice driver signage. The signage consists of both magnetic and non-magnetic backed retroreflective faced signs with either a capital letter “L” or “N” printed on them. Detailed specifications and requirements may be found in Appendix B – Sign Specifications.
ICBC’s objective in issuing this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is to identify prospective qualified vendors with the experience, ability and capacity to supply and deliver the required signs.
Prospective suppliers can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.
All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC's Bonfire portal. It is the prospective supplier's sole responsibility to ensure that they access all new and updated information.
