ICBC is seeking responses from PI firms to assist in the completion of investigations in the area of surveillance relative to claims. These investigation services include, but are not limited to, surveillance and background/ collateral investigation.
Successful Proponents are expected to deliver services in alignment with the scope described in detail in the Main Document posted on the Bonfire Platform. Working together, PI firms will continue to assist ICBC in combating fraud and providing customers with the best insurance coverage at the lowest possible rate.
ICBC is looking for reliable, financially stable PI firms that can meet ICBC’s cost, quality, and service requirements in providing PI services relating to motor vehicle crashes in British Columbia.
ICBC intends to award a 3-year contract, renewable to two 1-year contracts at ICBC's discretion, to up to 9 top-ranked Proponents, that have been shortlisted as a result of a Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) for the provisioning of investigative services.
The list is not intended to be a standing order or prequalification list. Work will be assigned as-and-when-required, without any guarantee of volume. Assignment of files will be based on several factors, including but not limited to availability, geographical coverage, unique/niche service offerings and skills.
Prospective vendors can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.
All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC's Bonfire portal. It is the prospective vendors’ sole responsibility to ensure that they have access to all new and updated information.
