Description
ICBC is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to provide capital adequacy testing and consulting services. The successful proponent will support ICBC in enhancing, maintaining, and updating its financial scenario modelling capabilities used to assess capital adequacy and support regulatory and capital management requirements. The services include providing expertise in the Conning ADVISE platform, supporting updates and enhancements to ICBC’s economic capital model, assisting with capital adequacy analysis and Minimum Capital Test (MCT) activities, supporting software version upgrades, and providing related training, documentation, and advisory services as required.
