Description
NVRC invites Proposals from consulting firms ('Proponents") to prepare an Indoor/Outdoor Recreation and Sports Plan (the 'Sports Plan') for the City of North Vancouver (the 'City') and the District of North Vancouver (the 'District').
The Sports Plan is needed to identify the future needs of the communities and then provide recommendations on capital investment priorities for indoor and outdoor municipal recreation and sports facilities and amenities. The resulting report will help inform the City's and the District's long term financial planning processes and support NVRC's mission to improve the health and well-being of all North Vancouver individuals, families and communities.
The project is expected to take approximately 12 months, with completion by the end of 2023.
Proponents with a demonstrated expertise conducting indoor and outdoor community recreation needs assessments, capital planning, developing decision-making frameworks and innovative community engagement programs are invited to submit a Proposal.
