    Description
The North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission (NVRC) invites detailed Proposals from consultant firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in SharePoint Online for the provision of consulting services to assist with the setup of SharePoint Online and migration of NVRC’s document management system from Open Text eDocs to SharePoint Online.  As part of this project the SharePoint Online site will also serve as a replacement for the existing intranet site.

NVRC’s IT staff will be leading this project with the consulting services included in this RFP designed to assist with the technical work of provisioning the SharePoint Online environment and any related features outlined in the requirements appendix.  This project is designed to have NVRC IT staff leading the data migration, site customization and end user training with support from subject matter experts.

While the scope of this project is specific and defined, additional work may be identified as a result. Should the NVRC determine that this work is best provided by the Successful Proponent, the NVRC may decide to directly award such work.
