INVITATION TO TENDER
The City of New Westminster invites tenders for the 2023 New Westminster Esplanade Reconstruction in New Westminster, BC.

The Contract is generally for the following work:
The reconstruction of timber elements of the New Westminster Esplanade. This repurposed timber structure has had several repairs in the past to allow visitors and maintenance vehicles to use the Esplanade. Repairs included in this tender include the following:

  • Pile Cap Replacement
  • Cross Bracing Replacement
  • Stringer Replacement
  • Pile Posting
  • Local modifications and reinforcement of timber elements
  • Sinkhole repair behind backwall
