INVITATION TO TENDER
The City of New Westminster invites tenders for the 2026 Pavement Management Program project in New Westminster, BC.
The work generally consists of roadworks of approximately 62,800 sq.m of roadway with approximately 75 lineal metres of concrete curb, 240 sq.m of concrete sidewalk with ramps, 670 cubic metres of roadbed removal with replacement, 395 cubic metres of common excavation, 62,800 sq.m of milling, 2,220 tonnes of crushed granular base, 500 tonnes of granular subbase, asphalt tack coat, 7,070 tonnes of WMA asphalt, 6,030 tonnes of superpave asphalt, thermoplastic pavement markings, signage, catchbasin leads, new top inlet catchbasins, manhole and valve box adjustments, traffic detector loop reinstatement, environmental protection and traffic control all within the City of New Westminster.
