BC Developers' Exchange for Agile Software Development

The British Columbia Ministry of Citizens' Services, through the Exchange Lab, has designed a procurement process specific to Agile software development called Sprint With Us.

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to create a multi-use list of Qualified Suppliers who can provide a Team or Teams on an as, if and when basis, that have the Capabilities necessary to support the Agile development of software products to be used, as applicable, by the Province, Broader Public Sector entities and their respective clients and end-users.

RFQ Addendum #1:
Section 3.16 - Form of Contract, is hereby deleted, replaced and amended with the following:

Section 3.16 - Form of Contract

Despite any provision to the contrary in the RFQ, including RFQ section 5 regarding use of List, the form of Contract that will be used between the Province and a Qualified Supplier as Contractor will be substantially in the form posted with this Addendum #1. Respondents should carefully review this form of Contract. The Province reserve the right to revise this form of Contract and to post other forms of applicable contracts, from time to time in the future.
