Providence Health Care (PHC) is seeking proposals from qualified IT Services Providers to deliver comprehensive IT services supporting the operations of Foundry Central Office (FCO) and Foundry Virtual BC (FVBC). The selected supplier will provide: Specific Tier 2–4 IT support for limited set of software solutions and Tier 2-4 support for IT network infrastructure  Infrastructure and network management  Software licensing for and procurement of specific software products  Cybersecurity monitoring and incident response  Strategic consulting and change management  This engagement is critical to ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient delivery of digital services to youth and families across British Columbia. Further details as to the scope of this opportunity and the requirements can be found within this RFP.
