Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority (“FHA”), through its collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a non-volume committed Contract to the following supplier to provide two (2) Cardiac Stress Testing Systems with Associated Services for the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care & Surgery Centre for a term of one(1) year with up to nine (9) option years at an estimated value of $108,492.83 CAD including taxes.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for the Fraser Health Authority has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:

- to ensure compatibility with existing products and systems exclusive rights, copy rights and patent rights or to maintain specialized products that must be maintained by the manufacturer or its representative
