This RFP is being issued to identify a Proponent to enter into a non-exclusive Contract between a Proponent and Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), for the implementation and launch of a centrally managed CCaaS solution (Genesys Cloud CX solution) and other related professional and support services.
