Notice is hereby given that the Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) intends to direct award a Contract to the following Supplier to provide Erythropoietin Stimulating Agents for a term of three (3) years at an estimated aggregate value of $50.9M CAD.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process because the goods and/or services can only be supplied by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists.
Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of pharmacyteam@phsa.ca before 2:00pm Pacific Time, May 3, 2023. PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
