Description
The Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) acting as agent on behalf of Fraser Health Authority (“Purchaser”), invites interested suppliers to submit quotations (“Quotations”) for the supply of one (1) X-Ray Blood Irradiator (“Product”) and related services (“Services”) as further described in Appendix A (Product and Services Specification and Forms). Quotations are to be submitted for provision of the Product and Services for a term of Five (5) years
