Description
PHSA is seeking information, through this RFI process, from interested parties for the supply of Survey Software. This RFI is intended to gather information of potential vendors that are able to address the needs described in - Appendixes, that could assist PHSA in the development of a future procurement process. 
 
Through completion of the enclosed Appendix 1, the interested parties are provided with an opportunity to showcase their proposed solutions and commercial/business practices.
 
Short-listed suppliers who propose the most complete solutions, will be invited for a demonstration of their software and / or projects to PHC and its clients. Preliminary dates of demonstrations are June 4-5, 2024.

Through completion of the enclosed survey and responses to the scenario-based questionnaires interested parties are provided with an opportunity to showcase their proposed solutions and commercial/business practices.
