Description
Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on behalf of itself and as an agent for each of the  Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Northern Health Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority (collectively referred to as “Health Authorities” and individually each a “Health Authority”) invites interested suppliers to submit quotations (“Quotations”) for the supply of the Ophthalmic Slit Lamps.
