Notice is hereby given that Vancouver Costal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority (the “Health Authorities”), through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a contract to the following supplier to provide software maintenance and associated professional services for an estimated value of $ 4,005,250 over 10 years for the existing Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management software.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for the Health Authorities has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:
- the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason:
- to ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods, its affiliate or representative
Rationale
The perpetual license from INFOR for the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management software was purchased in 2014. This Notice of Intent is for associated maintenance and professional services that can only be bought through INFOR.
Suppliers who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Jasjit Gill, Buyer, by email to jasjit.gill@phsa.ca before 12:00pm Pacific Time, June 17th, 2023. PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
