Description
Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) issues this Request for Information (“RFI”) as an agent for the Health Authorities (HA). PHSA is a society continued under the Societies Act (British Columbia).PHSA is conducting an RFI process to gather information from interested parties who can provide services comparable to Microsoft Unified Support. The purpose of this RFI is to collect relevant data that may assist PHSA in developing a potential future procurement process.
By completing the enclosed survey and responding to the questionnaire, interested parties have the opportunity to showcase their proposed solutions and commercial/business practices.
Interested parties are invited to respond to this RFI by providing a detailed response to PHSA. Responses should include ideas, information, and recommendations that can lead to a better understanding of the requirements, potential cost-saving opportunities, and identification of any potential problem areas with this initiative. Respondents are kindly requested to provide concise and focused responses to this RFI.
