Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority and Vancouver Coastal Health (the “Health Authority(s)”), through their collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide 45 HemoSphere Cardiac Monitoring System for Royal Columbian Hospital (RCH), Abbotsford Regional Hospital (ARH) and Vancouver General Hospital (VGH) for a term of two (2) years at an estimated value of $3,844,800.00.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for the Health Authorities has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:
- the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason:
- to ensure compatibility with existing products/systems
Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Morvarid Ghasemi, by email to morvarid.ghasemi@phsa.ca before 2:00pm Pacific Time, June 28th, 2024. PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
