Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority(“PHSA”), (the “Health Authority”) intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide annual maintenance and support for rPoint Enterprise Solution for BC Cancer Screening Program for a term of July 1st, 2024 to June 30th, 2029 at an estimated value of $250,000.00

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, the Health Authority has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:
- the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason:
- to ensure compatibility with existing products/systems and to maintain specialized products that must be maintained by the manufacturer or its representative.
Rationale:
The solution is integrated and is compatible to the BC Cancer Screening application. The solution and software maintenance/support is proprietary. Therefore, maintenance and support can only be provided by Alianz.
Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Diane Lindsay, Buyer, by email to diane.lindsay@phsa.ca before 2:00pm Pacific Time, June 2, 2024. PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
