Description
Provincial Health Services Authority on behalf of itself and as an agent for each of the Regional Health Authorities  invites interested suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of the Heine Diagnostic Sets and Accessories described in Appendix H (General Questionnaire) and note that the current estimated volumes for Quw'utsun Valley Hospital immediate purchase are listed in Appendix G (Pricing Workbook) and all other volumes are to be determined across the province. 
The Respondents should provide fixed pricing for a Contract term of three (3) years.

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
