Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) as an agent for each of the Regional Health Authorities (collectively referred to as “Health Authorities” and individually each a “Health Authority”)  invites interested suppliers to submit quotations (“Quotations”) for the supply of an estimated number of one (1) High Throughput Osmometers this year for a period of 5 years, as described in Appendix C (Specifications).
