The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America on Government Procurement (CUSPA), and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
Questions will be accepted until noon, February 29th, 2024. The Ministry will endeavor to answer questions in a timely manner, however, does not guarantee when or if answers will be posted. Questions asked early in the advertising period are more likely to have answers posted before the closing date/time.

Tender packages are available electronically from the BC Bid Website.
If the Ministry posts any changes to the Tender Documents, they will be made by issuing an addendum or amendment in the BC Bid solicitation.
