Description
British Columbia Institute of Technology invites Proponents to engage with BCIT in a flexible procurement process (Negotiated Request for Proposal) for provision of Parking Management Services. The NRFP is to identify a competent service provider who will provide Parking Management Services from managing regular parking activities to providing a sound business plan that enables BCIT to maximize its parking revenue with the current on-site infrastructure and parking software. The services will be required at the following BCIT’s campuses: Burnaby Campus, CARI Campus, Downtown Campus, Marine Campus and potentially Annacis Island Campus.
Mandatory Site Visit will be held on Friday, August 4, 2023. Companies who wish to attend the mandatory site visit shall submit the Site Visit Confirmation Form two (2) days before the site visit date via email to supply@bcit.ca.
