Description
The intent of this tender is to obtain an offer to add two new offices into the COES Energy Lab, NVIT Merritt campus. The new offices will be built in the Energy Lab, and will be accessed from the second floor viewing corridor. The new offices will have a new steel and concrete floor, standard drywall partitions and architectural finishes to match the adjacent offices. Electrical and Mechanical services will be provided to typical NVIT standards. The renovation will require access from the second floor of the COES building as well as the Energy Lab on the main floor.

Tenders will only be accepted from those that attend a mandatory site meeting. The site meeting will be held on November 7, 2024 10:00:00 AM PST at 4155 Belshaw Street, Merritt, BC.

Project Starting Date: December 1, 2024 - or sooner.
Completion: March 31, 2025
