Description
Closing time Bid needs to be submitted by the undersigned, no later than 14:00:00 (2:00:00 pm), April 30, 2024, local time through Bonfire. 3. Site Visit A Mandatory Site Visit will be held at the main entrance of District Facilities Centre (Site 166), 6700 144 St, Surrey, BC V3W 5R5.on April 16,2024 at 3:00 AM.
Contractors are responsible to confirm the existing site and building(s) conditions. Claims for additional costs will not be entertained with respect to existing conditions that could have been reasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the site. Bids will not be accepted by Contractors who do not attend the scheduled mandatory site visit.
