Description
Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals from engineering firms that are experienced in wastewater treatment plant design, to perform preliminary design, plus potentially detailed design, and engineering services in support of the District’s project to complete various odour control and related upgrades to the Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 4261 Gellatly Rd S, West Kelowna, BC.
