Description
The Equipment of this RFP is split into two phases as follows:Phase 1 (Base Equipment): dissolved oxygen probes and controllers for 1 bioreactor in 2025 Phase 2 (Optional Additional Equipment): dissolved oxygen probes and controllers for 5 further bioreactors in 2026.Note: as a result of this RFP, the District only intends to enter into a Contract for the Base Equipment. There will be no commitment by the Regional District to order the ‘Optional Additional Equipment’, however District will have an option to order the Optional Additional Equipment with the same Supplier of the Phase 1 Base Equipment, according to the terms agreed between the parties.
The District’s technical specification requirements for the Equipment is provided as part of this RFP document, and is based upon design and performance criteria which have been developed by the WWTP based on the WWTP’s unique needs. Respondents are required to carefully read these technical specifications and address each requirement fully in their proposal. Alternatives or equivalents to specification requirements may be considered in some cases, as per the notes in the RFP.
