    Description
    Project Description: The Project involves the complete removal and replacement of existing roofing assemblies at upper roof sections with a new SBS modified bituminous roofing system. The Contractor’s Work includes demolition to the concrete deck, installation of vapour retarder, tapered and flat insulation, cover board, and a two-ply SBS membrane system, along with all associated flashings, parapet modifications, drainage improvements, and penetrations. 
    All labour, materials, equipment, and supervision required to deliver a fully integrated and watertight roofing system in accordance with RCABC standards, manufacturer requirements, and Consultant-reviewed documentation shall be provided.
     The Contractor is required to achieve Ready to Takeover by October 16, 2026.
     The estimated construction budget for this project is $480,000.00
