    Description
    INVITATION

    Through this Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI), the District of North Vancouver (District) is seeking a non-profit child care organization to provide child care services at a new District-owned facility located at Eldon Park anticipated to open in spring 2024 (Eldon Park Child Care Centre). The facility is in the early planning stages and is funded in partnership with the Province of British Columbia under the Child Care BC New Spaces Fund. Respondents who have the desire, expertise and capability to utilize this District property are invited to respond to this RFEOI.  This RFEOI is intended to determine the range of options and level of interest of Respondents for this project. The District is looking for a suitable tenant for this District building with the expectation that a mutually agreeable, negotiated lease/rental agreement, with a set term and rental charge may result.  The final approval of a lease/rental agreement will be made by the Council for the District.
