    Description
    The District of North Vancouver (the “District”) is seeking responses from vendors (the “Respondent”) who offer software solutions to support and manage planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. The District’s goal is to implement an enterprise-wide planning system solution.  Subject to an approved budget and an anticipated future request for proposal (RFP) process, the District intends to acquire a cloud-hosted SaaS solution that will achieve this goal.
     This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP), but rather this RFI is intended to consult the market, and explore potential organizational and technological solutions addressing problem requirements, including ideas, best practices and recommendations on strategy, scope and an integrated approach which the District may then use to help refine its requirements for an RFP.
     Vendors who feel they have a solution that may meet the District's business needs as detailed in the RFI are encouraged to respond to this RFI.  Further details of the District's requirements are available in the RFI document.
