The Ministry of Environment & Climate Change Strategy – Flood Debris Management Secretariat (hereafter called “FDMS) is requesting information from suppliers.
The November 2021 Atmospheric River Event (ARE) resulted in significant flooding, widespread sediment deposition, hydraulic restrictions, and damage to marine works (riverbeds, riverbanks, revetments, dike structures, etc.), properties, and infrastructure throughout waterway sites in British Columbia. Qualified Professional (QP) Engineers on behalf of the FDMS are working to recover multiple sites in British Columbia on major and minor waterways and associated streams.
