Northeast Community Centre - Construction Manager
The City of Coquitlam is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management Services for the future Northeast Community Centre (NECC) which will include the Burke Village Park adjacent to the community centre.
Since 2009. City staff have worked with consultants to complete a feasibility study, preliminary technical studies, and site investigations, needs assessment, and programming plan for the Northeast Community Centre. Architectural & Design Consultants have been chosen and the project is now in the Pre-Design Phase.
The Construction Manager will join the consultant team and assist in providing Preconstruction Services throughout the design phases of the project.

The City reserves the right to negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked Respondent(s).
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
