Description
In early 2024, the District and City of North Vancouver issued a Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) to assess industry interest and acquire insights from industry professionals. This REOI solicited industry expertise regarding the viability and administration of operating an e-cargo bike lending program through libraries and participating buildings.

The District and City now invite Proposals from Operators (“Proponents”) with expertise in operating an E-Cargo Bike Lending Pilot Program. Proponents interested in this opportunity, including those who did or did not respond to the REOI, are invited to submit a Proposal.
