Description
The District invites detailed Proposals from qualified collection agencies (“Proponents”) for the provision of professional services to assist the District in the collection and debt recovery of its unpaid bylaw notice enforcement infraction and delinquent sundry accounts receivable.  The District is seeking innovative ways to minimize the non-payment of customer accounts as well as to minimize the number of accounts being sent to collections.  Proponents are encouraged to provide Proposals which could include limiting the length of time accounts are held by the agency and/or providing secondary resources of collections.

Proponents interested in this opportunity are invited to submit a Proposal.  The RFP document is available to download from the District's Bids & Tenders site.  Proposal submission must also be uploaded to the District's Bids & Tenders site.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s).
