    Description
    The District invites Proposals from furniture suppliers (Proponents) for the provision of office furniture, support services, design layout assistance and installation for the District’s new Lynn Creek Community Recreation Centre (LCCRC) project, described in Appendix #1.
    .
    The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a price agreement(s) with a qualified Proponent to provide a single consistent standard and look; and working with the District’s project team, layout, plan, furnish, and install systems furniture, free standing office furniture, and conference room furniture for the LCCRC.
    .
    The RFP is designed to provide Proponents with sufficient basic information to submit Proposals meeting minimum requirements but is not intended to limit a Proposal’s content or exclude any relevant or essential data.
    .
    With this opportunity, the District intends to achieve the following two objectives:
    .
    PROJECT SPECIFIC
    o
    Awarding a contract for the Work, as detailed in this RFP and
    referenced in Appendix #1 to one (1) vendor;
    and

    PREQUALIFICATION FOR THREE (3) YEAR PERIOD
    o
    Prequalifying one (1) or more vendors for future provision of office furniture, support services, design layout assistance and installation and related works at various District facilities, generally of mid to large-scale scope, size and complexity at various facilities owned and operated by the District over a three (3) year period.
    .
    Proponents may be successful in being awarded the Project Specific – LCCRC project and being prequalified to bid on future work.
    .
    Proponents not successful in being awarded the Project Specific – LCCRC project may be successful in being prequalified to bid on future work.
    .
    Proponents interested in this opportunity are invited to submit a Proposal.
    .
    The New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) is the relevant trade agreement for this ITQ.
