    Description
    This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Fire Inspection, and Installation and Repair Services for various locations located in BC Housing’s Northern Region.

    BC Housing’s Northern Region has been divided into two (2) Service Areas. Service Area A, and Service Area B.

    Appendix H – Service Area Selection Form identifies which communities are within each Service Area.

    Proponents are asked to identify which Service Area(s) they are willing and able to perform work in by submitting Appendix H – Service Area Selection Form with their proposal.

    Proponents can submit for one or both Service Areas and must be able to service all buildings and communities within the Service Area(s) they are submitting for, must be available 24/7/365. Please see additional information and requirements in the RFP documents.

    The Supplier shall provide Maintenance Services for Fire Protection and Fire Suppression Equipment, Class B Field Service Representative Inspections and Back Flow Devices to include Annual Inspections and Preventative Maintenance Services at all locations listed in the BC Housing List of Fire Protection Equipment and Locations.
