Description
This RFP is in support of improvements to clinical governance within Island Health, a critical enabler to achieving our vision through clinical practice excellence. A key requirement now is the design of Island Health clinical governance structures at the community and individual site level as part of this new organization-wide approach to clinical governance. A Local Level Quality and Operations Design is needed to guide standardized approaches for clinical governance at the hospital site and community level, while ensuring a flexible approach that can accommodate local needs and distinctions within each of Island Health’s communities.
