Description
The City requests proposals from experienced contractors to design and build the Feature Dressing Room at the Port Coquitlam Community Centre. It is the intent of the City to use this RFP process to select a single qualified contractor for the provision of the goods and/or services as described herein. 

The City seeks to negotiate with a Proponent and enter into an Agreement for the provision of the Goods and/or Services which include without limitation, the design, supply and delivery of material, the provision of skilled labour, and equipment to perform the completion of the Feature Dressing Room and any other requirements, generally in the form of contract as referred to in Schedule “B” ‘Draft Agreement’.

The budget, inclusive of all associated costs for the Feature Dressing Room is $285,000.00 Canadian Funds, exclusive of P.S.T. and G.S.T.

At the time of issuance of this RFP a non-mandatory site visit with City Representatives has been scheduled for:
