Description
BC Assessment is seeking proposals from Workday Certified Service Providers (the “Contractor”) to provide services to assist with its Workday application. The Contractor will provide the following services on an ongoing, as needed basis:
  1. Business process optimization – assisting us to update our existing business processes to adapt to changes and make improvements.
  2. Integration development and support – assisting in the review, maintenance and optimization of existing integrations and assistance with new integrations.
  3. New module or feature deployment—assisting in the addition and testing of new features or modules, such as adaptive planning.
  4. Configuration management – assisting in the ongoing maintenance and optimization of our existing configurations
  5. Workday Release management – assisting with the two major updates per year with new mandatory and optional functionality.
  6. Reporting and security – assisting with the maintenance and optimization of existing and new reporting and security requirements.
  7. Workday application troubleshooting, including answering ad-hoc and how-to questions.
  8. General knowledge transfer of Contractor skills, information, experience and ideas related to BCA Workday Incidents and problems, to help BC Assessment staff understand how tasks are completed.  
  9. Urgent Operational support – during or after hours (e.g., payroll is down).
