Description
- Business process optimization – assisting us to update our existing business processes to adapt to changes and make improvements.
- Integration development and support – assisting in the review, maintenance and optimization of existing integrations and assistance with new integrations.
- New module or feature deployment—assisting in the addition and testing of new features or modules, such as adaptive planning.
- Configuration management – assisting in the ongoing maintenance and optimization of our existing configurations
- Workday Release management – assisting with the two major updates per year with new mandatory and optional functionality.
- Reporting and security – assisting with the maintenance and optimization of existing and new reporting and security requirements.
- Workday application troubleshooting, including answering ad-hoc and how-to questions.
- General knowledge transfer of Contractor skills, information, experience and ideas related to BCA Workday Incidents and problems, to help BC Assessment staff understand how tasks are completed.
- Urgent Operational support – during or after hours (e.g., payroll is down).
