Description
This Request for Proposal is issued by the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia (“Legislative Assembly”) to establish an agreement with an authorized Microsoft Licensing Solutions Partner (“LSP”) for supporting, training, development, and implementing of Enterprise Agreement (“EA”) and/or Cloud Services Agreements (“CSA”) related to Microsoft IAAS, SAAS, and PAAS.

The Legislative Assembly’s current EA with Microsoft will be coming to an end in June 2023. The Legislative Assembly requires an LSP that is available to support with Microsoft EA negotiations immediately upon contract award and before the expiry of the current EA.
Proponents must be an authorized Microsoft LSP and must be able to bid on class D government EA in order to submit a proposal. Proponents must also have demonstrated experience in administering and managing Microsoft licensing
