Description
Prince George Airport Authority (“PGAA”) is inviting proposals for the design and construction of a Combined Services Building (CSB) Equipment Storage Expansion.
The following dates are given to provide proponents with an overview of the timing of this RFP process. These dates may change and PGAA reserves the right to amend these dates.
 
Feb 14, 2023 – Issue of Request for Proposal
March 1, 2023 - Mandatory Site Visit
March 1, 2023 – Return Receipt Confirmation Form 
April 17, 2023 – Last day for Proponent’s Inquiries
April 21, 2023 – PGAA Response to Inquiries
May 12, 2023 – Proposal Closing
May 19, 2023 – Evaluation Completion/Award
 
Registration Requirement: All vendors are required to register with Corporate Services prior to preparing proposals. Registering will ensure that your company will receive RFP PGAA23-001, amendments, and vendor’s questions. Your company must fill out the Receipt Confirmation Form found on the following page.
A mandatory tour of the premises for the purpose of examining the existing site will be conducted at 11:00 AM, March 1, 2023, at the Combined Services Building, 4020 Tower Place, Prince George, BC.
