Brief Description of Work
BC Housing is seeking consultant services to design and deliver a Leadership Development Program that is attuned to the multifaceted demands of contemporary leadership within our organization and the communities we serve. Our vision is a mission-driven comprehensive learning journey that intertwines leadership acumen with management skills, equipping leaders to play an active role in business transformation. Built on a foundation of equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging and incorporating an Indigenous equity lens, the program’s key themes include transformational leadership, change management, critical thinking, data-informed decision making, compassionate curiosity, innovation and self-awareness.
This 12-14 month cohort-based program will align with our organization’s mission, vision, purpose, and values, and will reflect our deep commitment to Indigenous Reconciliation, and equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging. The program will equip participants with the skills, knowledge, behaviours, and tools required to serve in a leadership role, as detailed further in the RFP.
