    Description
    InBC Investment Corp. is requesting proposals for internal audit services for a 12-month period, with planning commencing in the spring of 2023. 
    The Internal Auditor will evaluate the effectiveness of InBC Investment Corp. internal control procedures, including those related to financial reporting, compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding of assets and investment management.  The Internal Auditor will assess InBC’s, risk management framework, including the identification and assessment of risks, and InBC’s implementation of appropriate risk mitigation strategies.  The Internal Auditor will provide recommendations for improving InBC’s control procedures.  The Internal Auditor will report to InBC’s Audit, Investment and Risk committee on their findings, make recommendations on areas of improvement and subsequently report on management’s implementation of those recommendations.

    The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
