RFP 25-2026 Food and Retail Services Point of Sale Solution

The Solution is expected to support customer ordering, payment, kitchen coordination, retail operations, reporting, integrations, and related operational needs across vessel, terminal, and other operating environments. This procurement supports BC Ferries’ long-term planning for a more flexible, reliable, and efficient onboard experience as part of its broader fleet renewal work. The initial focus is expected to include solution validation, deployment to new major vessels as they come online, and a pilot in an existing operating environment to assess operational fit, crew usability, service flow, and customer experience before any broader decisions are considered. Any future expansion will be subject to BC Ferries’ approvals, operational readiness, funding, and business needs.Organizations interested in reviewing the bid package must download the RFx document, and choose the attachments listed under RFx Documents.
