Description
E-COMM is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to invite qualified vendors to submit proposals for instructional design and associated services.  Submissions should include comprehensive service offerings and pricing based on the Scope of Services outlined in the RFP document.

Proponents must contact the Authorized Contact and execute a signed Response Confirmation Form (Appendix A), and a Confidentiality Agreement (Appendix B) as attached in the RFP doccument in order to receive Appendix D - Scope of Services.
