Description
BC Assessment requires a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial cleaning services for its Nanaimo office located at 901-5800 Turner Road, Nanaimo, B.C. V9T 6J4. The space is 10,164 sq. ft. in area and has on average 55 staff.

BC Assessment anticipates entering into a 2-year contract with the selected Proponent with two 2-year options to renew on substantially the same terms and conditions, at BC Assessment’s sole discretion.  The contract will outline specific deliverables and performance criteria that must be met in order for a subsequent contract to be negotiated.

The estimated contract period will be 72 month(s).
